 -The Royal Oman Police Officers Club.

 

The Royal Oman Police Officer's Club design concept has been inspired by Omani Architectural heritage design with Mountains. Infused with modern Elements, they all merge together to create Fantastic Harmonious Design. The building is allocated on high level in the plot and oriented toward the shortest distance to ocean in order to maximize the panoramic overlooking to views and provide a prestigious look of building from the different sides. Moreover the building rooms, main facilities and the main landscaped

/swimming pool area is oriented to North for most desirable day-light

Effect. Total BUA is 50,858 sqm. & the site work area is 155, 280 sqm. And comply with the LEED Silver rating requirements.
